Hostile-Free Environment

We are committed to providing a hostile-free environment for all clients and lab technicians. Any client who presents themselves in a hostile, abusive, or threatening manner—whether verbally, physically, or otherwise—will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service and take legal action if necessary to protect our staff and other clients.

Safety Commitment

We take every measure to ensure that all testing services are conducted safely, discreetly, and professionally. Our staff is trained to handle sensitive situations with respect and care.

No other parties are permitted to attend the scheduled testing site except for the individuals being tested. This policy protects the privacy and safety of all parties involved.

Consent of Service

All clients are required to sign a Consent of Service Form before any testing services are provided. This ensures that all parties fully understand the nature of the testing process and agree to abide by our policies and procedures.

Support and Resources

We understand that some clients may be experiencing difficult personal circumstances, including domestic violence, rape, homelessness, or mental health challenges. Our professional technicians can and will provide information and resources to help connect you with appropriate support services if needed. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Test Me Now Laboratory, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Cancellations

Clients may cancel an appointment within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking will result in a $25.00 inconvenience fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of booking at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made after 24 hours will incur a $25.00 inconvenience fee.

3. Refunds

Any approved refunds will be processed and dispersed within 1 to 2 business days to the original payment method.
